Enthusiastic, experienced, entrepreneur-minded full time sales agents with a proven track record in sales of $3Million and above in volume. A dedication to client service and a practice with integrity are a must. Foreign languages, travel abroad experience, and designations are a plus as we have a huge international connection and many international buyer leads. (RE/MAX offices are in over 82 countries and we have our big annual international conference coming up next month!)
We are willing to hire a handful of NEW agents who are eager, resourceful, quick to learn, have a drive for success, who perhaps have a large sphere of contacts and/or have foreign language skills. You will be personally mentored, coached, and put on a fast-track by Michelle Easter. This is a boot-camp opportunity to learn the business as it is practiced in the real world, avoid the many mistakes and pitfalls of new agents who stagnate and dangle in a large company who go ignored. Michelle will ensure that you operate at peak performance and that your first year outranks even long time veterans in the industry. You will need some guts, drive, high energy, and willingness to have some fun!
